This Privacy Notice explains how IE Anatolii Terebilov (“Seller”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the demo site web-ten-ruby-38.vercel.app and sales of Procedural Sun from Space for Three.js.

2. What we collect
- Demo site: standard server/hosting logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) via our host (Vercel). We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic (pages viewed, approximate location/device, referrers, and events such as Buy clicks). Google may set cookies or similar identifiers as described in Google’s privacy policy.
- Purchases: checkout and payment data are collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We receive order details needed to fulfill delivery (for example buyer email, product/price purchased, transaction id).
- Support: if you email us, we keep the content of that correspondence.
3. Why we use data
- Deliver the Product and answer support requests
- Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
- Operate, secure, and improve the demo website (including analytics)
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Payment processing is handled by Paddle. Hosting is provided by Vercel. Analytics is provided by Google Analytics. See their privacy policies for how they process data as processors/controllers for their services.
5. Retention
Order and support records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized where practical.
6. Your rights
