Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the demo website and the purchase of Procedural Sun from Space for Three.js (the “Product”) offered by IE Anatolii Terebilov (“Seller”, “we”, “us”).
1. Seller

2. Product
The Product is digital software source code and assets for Three.js. Purchases are not subscriptions. License tiers (Personal $49 — solo developer / Studio $99 — whole team) are described in the product LICENSE delivered with the download.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (and/or its affiliates) as Merchant of Record. By buying, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms. Invoices and tax handling are provided by Paddle where applicable.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, the Seller delivers the Product download (ZIP) by email to the address used at checkout, usually within 24 hours (often sooner). Keep your purchase receipt from Paddle.
5. License
Your use of the Product is governed by the LICENSE included in the download. You may not resell or redistribute the source as a competing product or public package.
6. Demo website
The live demo is provided “as is” for evaluation. We may change or discontinue the demo without notice.
7. Disclaimer
The Product and demo are provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
