Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Procedural Sun from Space for Three.js sold by IE Anatolii Terebilov through Paddle.
1. Digital product
The Product is a downloadable digital good (source code and assets). A live demo is available before purchase so you can evaluate the look and behavior.
2. 14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- you did not receive the download after a reasonable time, or
- the Product is defective / cannot be run as described after reasonable troubleshooting, or
- you purchased by mistake and have not substantially used or redistributed the files.
3. When refunds may be declined
- Request is made more than 14 days after purchase
- You simply changed your mind after downloading and using the Product extensively
- Chargebacks or abuse of the refund process
4. How to request a refund
Email shadow.space.box@gmail.com with:
- Paddle order / transaction id (from your receipt)
- Email used at checkout
- Short reason for the request
Refunds are processed via Paddle to the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle and your bank/card issuer.
